Food fair features Crucian chefs

After j’ouvert locals and visitors got a chance to try some St. Croix and Caribbean cuisine.

The Food Fair kicked off in Frederiksted Wednesday afternoon.

Featuring several local vendors and restaurants showcasing their best dishes.

One of those restaurants were Diane’s Roti Master.

“We have fried fish, Johnny cakes, shrimp kabobs, chicken kabobs, fried chicken, beef kabobs, roti. She is well known for her roti. We have chicken, shrimp, beef, conch, veggie and fish, is her new thing so come out and enjoy it,” Asmahan Muhammad at Diane’s Roti Master said.

Diane’s Roti Master will move into the food village and be open through the end of carnival Saturday at booth 21.
