A 17-year-old boy is dead after being shot while riding his bicycle
According to VI Police, Jurvelle Marquell Felixien was riding his bike when car sped past firing shot at him.
When police got to the scene in Estate Whim in Frederiksted they found the boy unresponsive and lying on the road next to his bike.
This is now the 3rdhomicide in just the very first days of 2019.
