2 Suspects Arrested for Murders in Georgia

Virgin Islands Police announced the two men, wanted on murder charges in connection with the deaths of two people on St. Croix, have been arrested in the state of Georgia.

Authorities arrested Anthony Schneider, 31 and Joshawn Ayala, 20, Friday on murder charges, in connection with two separate homicides, which investigators believe could be connected.

VIPD put warrants out for their arrests last Nnovember, for felony murder.

Stacie Schjang, 46, was shot and killed, when a stray bullet entered her home on January 27th of last year, it was a crime which rocked the community.

Police say the other victim, Arnold Jarvis, 52 was shot a week later on Green Cay Beach by the suspects, who police say are cousins.
