A possible 2020 presidential contender in the VI this week.

Joe Biden was spotted in St. Croix as rumors swirl around his potential to join the 2020 presidential race.

A St. Croix resident got this selfie with the former Vice President in a Christainsted market.

According to the VI FREE PRESS, Tedd Wallace a Michigan native said Biden stepped out of line for a selfie with him.

This is Biden’s second visit to the US Virgin Islands in just two months.

Visitors to St. Croix Point Udhall got a glimpse of the former VP on New Years Day.

This all comes as speculation grows if Biden will declare as a Democratic presidential nominee in the 2020 president race.
