ST. THOMAS, USVI – On March 6 at approximately 4:50 p.m., detectives were notified that Kamifa Lawrence, who was reported missing on March 2, was seen in the area of K-Mart Lockhart Gardens. Detectives and a family member of Lawrence traveled to the area and made contact with her. Lawrence appeared to be in good health, and she stated that she was fine.
