ST. THOMAS, USVI – Schools in the St. Croix and St. Thomas-St. John districts will be closed on October 16 and 19, respectively, to accommodate professional development for teachers and all school-based staff at the annual TEACH conferences, hosted by the local chapters of the American Federation of Teachers. This year, the conferences will be held virtually.
